What our AI does, what it does not do, and how we look after your information.
What the AI does

What it does not do
- It does not change anything in your business. You approve and put in every change.
- It does not launch anything for you.
- It does not replace your judgement. It gives you a clear, quick first draft to work from.
How Expand ideas are checked
Every Expand idea is researched and checked for viability before it reaches you. We only look at your data if you ask us for help.
Your data
- What we collect: your name, email, business profile, and what you put into the tools and MORE steps.
- Why: only to run the tools and MORE for you, and to reply to you.
- Where it is stored: your account and tool data is stored with our database provider.
- Which AI processes it: we use OpenAI models through Microsoft Azure OpenAI, deployed in Microsoft's UK South region, so your data is processed in the UK.
- Training: Microsoft does not use your data to train AI models, and it is not shared with OpenAI.
- What the AI provider keeps: Microsoft runs automated checks for misuse. If something is flagged, a small amount may be kept in the UK geography for review.
- How long we keep it: for as long as your account is open, then we delete it.
- Deleting your data: email info@more-business.co.uk and we will delete your account and data.
- Selling data: we do not sell your details.
A sensible note
AI can make mistakes. Treat its output as a strong draft, and check anything important, especially prices, before you act on it.
