Three live sessions
1. Kickoff (90 minutes)
We complete the Capacity Map. We pick the Expand target together. You leave knowing what we are building toward.
2. System session (90 minutes)
We lock the Operating Rhythm and Efficiency Plan. You approve the plan. Between this session and the next, we prepare the Expansion Pack.
3. Expand review (60 minutes)
We walk the Expansion Pack end to end. Handoff. You keep them. Going live stays your call.

Where does AI show up?
Mainly in the Efficiency Plan and in the build work between sessions. You approve the plan. We do not automate a mess.
Can I buy Map or Expand on its own?
No. The offer is the full MORE path. Half packs are not for sale.
What happens after the three sessions?
You keep the Capacity Map, Operating Rhythm, Efficiency Plan, and Expansion Pack. Nothing locked behind another paid day. Ongoing support for launch and sticking to the rhythm is optional and priced separately if you want it.
