See where capacity really goes
The Capacity Map is a clear picture of how the business runs today: time, money, and the work that still sits on you.
You cannot free hours you have not found
Before we write a rhythm or cut work, we need a shared view of the leaks. Map is that view. It stops us guessing, and it stops us automating the wrong things later.
Time, money, and dependence on you
In Map we work through:
- Where your week actually goes (not where you hope it goes)
- Where money slips: slow handovers, rework, underpriced work, delayed decisions
- Work that only moves when you remember it
- Know-how stuck in your head that the business cannot yet run without you
- Early signals of spare capacity we can reclaim in Refine
We keep the language plain. The goal is a map you can point at in the next session, not a dense report you never reopen.
Your Capacity Map
A written Capacity Map you own. It names the leaks that matter, the work that depends on you, and the first areas where spare capacity is available.
It also sets up the Expand conversation: what kind of new or low-effort revenue stream is realistic once you have hours back.
First step of four
Map feeds Organise and Refine. Without it, the Operating Rhythm and Efficiency Plan are guesses.
